Late Policy
The Bay Spa works hard to accommodate, but sometimes it just isn’t possible. More than 10 minutes late constitutes a no-show, and will result in a 100% fee as we cannot fulfill your service at that point. Please be courteous to others and arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, so we can spend more time on YOU.

Cancellations
Things happen, we get it! For your convenience, all appointments cancelled 48 hours prior will be free of charge. Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house. For emergency situations, please call or text ASAP.

Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a service, let us know upfront! Trust us, you won’t hurt our feelings, and we’re happy to fix it for you within 3 days of the service. With this in mind, there are no refunds for services.

Cell Phones
The Bay Spa is a place of relaxation, healing, and escape. We have our phones silenced with you in mind, and kindly ask you do the same. Phone calls, FaceTimes, and TikTok videos may be taken outside, or listened to through headphones.

No-Shows
We respect your time, and kindly ask that you respect ours in return. When you no-show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space, and consequently lose time and money. No show appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house.
